I signed up for an account and in order to get inside of the homes, American Homes 4 Rent uses an online lockbox company called, Rently. The two homes we entered are listed on americanhomes4rent.com, a legitimate rental company's website.

Don’t send mortgage payments to any company that is not your loan servicer. Request each renter’s personal references and follow up with those individuals.
